Service Request Disclaimer

Your maintenance request will be submitted pursuant to Section 2.3, Condition of Premises, of your Lease Agreement, which states:

“The Lessee (Tenant) agrees to be solely responsible for any maintenance or repair costing less than $120.00.”

Your maintenance request will be assigned a tracking number for your reference.

If you do not wish to proceed with a request, you may cancel it at this time. Otherwise, by continuing, you authorize Catalonia Management to process and coordinate the requested service.

Please note that if the repair is determined to be the Tenant’s responsibility and the cost of the repair is less than $120.00, the applicable charge will be posted to your resident ledger in accordance with the terms of your Lease Agreement.
