Property Inspections

Preventive Unit Inspections

Our team conducts regular preventive inspections of each unit to help maintain the property’s condition, safety, and overall quality.

During every inspection, we evaluate key maintenance items, housekeeping conditions, safety concerns, and potential issues before they become costly repairs. Following the inspection, owners receive a detailed report outlining all areas reviewed, current conditions, photographs (when applicable), and professional recommendations for corrective actions or future maintenance.

Our proactive approach helps protect your investment, preserve property value, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Occupancy Changes and Lease Flexibility

Catalonia Management understands that residents’ circumstances may change during the term of their tenancy. Residents may request modifications to their lease, including the addition or removal of occupants, authorized residents, or other approved modifications related to occupancy.

Such requests are subject to management approval and may require the payment of a reasonable administrative fee to cover processing, documentation, and any required screening.

Catalonia Management strives to keep such fees modest and commensurate with the administrative costs associated with the requested change. Any applicable fee will be disclosed to the resident prior to approval and execution of the lease amendment.

Catalonia Management is committed to working reasonably with residents to accommodate changing circumstances whenever possible while maintaining the safety, integrity, and operational standards of the community.

Applications

Your comfort and peace of mind are important to us. That’s why every prospective resident undergoes a comprehensive screening process, including credit, background, and income verification. By applying consistent qualification standards, we help create a stable, secure, and welcoming community that all residents can enjoy.

Rent and Payments

Tenants can pay rent directly from their banking accounts or with a credit card with our convenient online payment option.

Information and Documents

Catalonia Management will provide you with all the information you need about your rental through your portal.

Digital reports or other documents not available through the platform, will be sent to you via email to create a paperless process.

Vendors Management

We manage a comprehensive list of trusted vendors, providing an reliable vendor review and a dedicated oversight of their work.

Self-Service Platform

We will supervise and maintain the property, keeping you happy with our self-service option to submit requests for maintenance and emergencies, available 24 hour a day, 365 days a year.

Professional Team

Our in-house technicians can manage most of the minor repairs. The mobile system provides checklists, alerts, notifications and tracking reports to ensure the job is properly and timely completed. Also, you will be asked to submit a review that will constructively help us provide you with a better service every time.
